Cancellation Policy
All appointments cancelled 24 hours or less, will be billed 50% of the amount booked. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Deposits are non refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS). You are allowed ONE free reschedule. After that has been used, another deposit will be required, this does not apply to same day cancellations/reschedules. After 5 minutes, a late fee will be applied. After that time period has passed & no contact has been made, appointment is cancelled. If you choose to cancel, deposit is non refundable!
Travel/Bridal clients must be confirmed at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
No show clients will be charged FULL service fee and may not be allowed to future booking, please be considerate.
After service: if there is an issue that needs correcting, I will repair or maintenance free of charge. After 48 hours, there will be a $25 fee for maintenance as I don’t have an idea what takes place outside of appointments. Thanks for understanding!
