All appointments cancelled 24 hours or less, will be billed 75% of the amount booked. Your emergency is not my emergency! Please be considerate of my time. When appointments are cancelled last minute it is nearly impossible to fill that slot. • DEPOSITS: Must be made at the time of booking or will be automatically cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable unless there is a stylist error. You are allowed ONE free reschedule with original deposit within a 24hr notice. Another deposit will be required in result of same day cancellations/reschedules or multiple rescheduling. After 5 minutes, a late fee will be applied. • GRACE PERIOD: There is a 5 minute wait period after your scheduled appointment time. If no contact has been made, your appointment will be cancelled. If you choose to cancel, you are choosing to forfeit your deposit! • Travel/Bridal clients must be confirmed at least 1 week in advance. • No show clients will be charged a 75% service fee and will not be allowed to future booking, please be considerate. • Multiple rescheduling & confrontational clients will be banned from booking. • After service: if there is an issue that needs correcting, I will repair or maintenance free of charge. After 48 hours, there will be additional fees for maintenance as I don’t have an idea what takes place outside of appointments. Thanks for understanding!
